📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently ship within Poland only, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.

Brinleytrek currently delivers exclusively within Poland. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.
🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time through the courier’s system.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can guide you through the process.
❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
